About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our team in the Systemic Therapies Unit within the Renal and Systemic Therapies Unit. The successful candidate will have significant experience in SACT and intravenous administration of treatments for autoimmune diseases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care within the Systemic Therapies Unit
  • Lead the team on a daily basis and coordinate patient care and management of the unit
  • Facilitate change within the delivery of the service as an integral part of its shaping
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Charge Nurse to ensure the smooth operation of the unit
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SACT and intravenous administration of treatments for autoimmune diseases
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and facilitate change
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
