About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our Systemic Therapies Unit as a Senior Staff Nurse. The successful candidate will have significant experience in SACT and intravenous administration of treatments for autoimmune diseases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care within the Systemic Therapies Unit
  • Lead the team on a daily basis and coordinate patient care and management of the unit
  • Facilitate change within the delivery of the service as an integral part of its shaping
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SACT and intravenous administration of treatments for autoimmune diseases
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
