We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Dental Receptionist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Role Overview

This role will involve providing administrative support to our clinical team, including answering phones, updating patient records, and coordinating care packages. You will also be responsible for promoting company products and services, such as Plan options, Finance, and Insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the clinical team

Requirements
  • Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Confident and professional demeanor
