Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Graduate Recruiter / Research Executive.

This entry-level role offers a great opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in executive search and recruitment, with full training and support provided.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting an experienced team to win and deliver executive recruitment projects, performing a variety of candidate and customer research tasks, as well as ad-hoc and routine business support projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mapping target organizations and identifying target candidates
  • Outreach to qualified candidates and pitching roles
  • Using the internal Talent system to build talent pools and shortlists of candidates
  • Using the CRM system to target non-client contacts
  • Performing database searches and improving data integrity
  • Using 3rd party tools to help build talent pools

We offer a competitive salary package, including £20-25k + Commission + Amazing Benefits, and a hybrid working arrangement in St. Albans.

Intelligent People is a St Albans-based executive search and experienced hire recruitment specialist, with a focus on marketing, product management, and commercial leadership roles for the digital and tech sector.

We provide expert consultancy, advice, and services to our customers, who are a mixture of small and large consumer and technology brands.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Sociable and able to connect with a diverse group of people
  • Strong academics, preferably to degree level

We will provide you with a structured training and induction course, all the tools needed to understand the market, and unlimited support from a mentor.
