Senior Paraplanning Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paraplanner to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a Senior Paraplanning Professional, you will play a key role in providing high-quality financial planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full paraplanning support to senior financial planners, including producing high-quality financial plans for clients.
  • Develop and enhance your technical paraplanning skills, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Attend client meetings and participate in the advice process, working closely with senior financial planners to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Review client information, undertake research, and collate supporting documentation and application paperwork for the advice process.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of client needs, researching solutions and writing compliant and suitable recommendations for all clients.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive cash flow models to create holistic financial plans for clients, utilizing your expertise in cash flow modeling.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and progressive team, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, including study support to assist with Advanced papers and achieve Chartered Status.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of pure paraplanning experience, with a strong focus on client-facing and Level 4 Diploma qualifications.
  • Excellent technical paraplanning skills, with a proven ability to produce high-quality financial plans and cash flow models.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior financial planners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a desire to achieve Chartered Status and advance your career in financial planning.
