- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Baristas, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and customer service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all coffee and drinks meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our coffee shop.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering products and equipment as needed, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and wastage.
- Maintenance and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair equipment, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
