Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Baristas to deliver exceptional coffee quality and service.
- Coach and develop your team to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure all coffee and drinks meet our high standards.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and maintenance of equipment.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance.
- Collaborate with the House Manager and Coffee Ops to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
