We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Head Barista to join our team at Fortnum & Mason. As a Head Barista, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the coffee experience for our customers.
About the RoleAs a Head Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering exceptional coffee beverages, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. You will also lead the innovation of new coffee blends, brewing techniques, and unique menu offerings.

- Stay abreast of global coffee trends, bringing creative ideas and fresh approaches to our coffee offerings.
- Engage with customers, sharing your knowledge and passion for coffee to enhance their experience in our stores.
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Head Barista with a deep understanding of coffee origins, brewing methods, and preparation techniques. You should have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an unparalleled coffee experience. A genuine passion for coffee, with the ability to inspire and educate others about its artistry and craftsmanship, is essential.
