Responsibilities:

  • Attend governance meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Liaise with trustees and act as point of contact
  • Arrange meetings for executives and trustees
  • Draft and issue communications as needed
  • Support audit queries and policy reviews
  • Plan induction programs for new trustees
  • Provide secretariat support to governance committees
  • Liaise with trustees and maintain governance records
  • Implement EDI strategy and organization's vision

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an executive support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
