Stockroom Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Assistant to join our team at Dr. Martens. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our stockroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain impeccable stockroom standards, ensuring products are easily accessible and promptly located.
- Conduct regular line checks, faulty checks, and assist with stock takes to prevent loss and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Process deliveries in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining a correct stock file using our inventory system.
- Assist on the shop floor when required, providing excellent customer service and supporting sales efforts.
- Adhere to all H&S guidelines to maintain a healthy, safe, and tidy work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to cultivate a positive and productive work environment.
- Proven experience in a retail store environment is essential.
- Previous stockroom or operational experience with an understanding of stock inventory management is highly advantageous.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven individual with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for Dr. Martens and confidence in sharing this with customers.
