**Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Assistant to join our Retail team at REISS. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our stockroom and supporting our stores in achieving their targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Assist in the receipt, storage, and dispatch of stock, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management
• Collaborate with the Retail Operations team to maintain a high level of stockroom organization and cleanliness
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless communication and support
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance stockroom efficiency and productivity
**Requirements**
• Previous stockroom experience in a retail environment, preferably within a premium or luxury brand
• A commercial approach to store operations, with a focus on achieving targets and driving sales growth
• Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
