Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences within the Store and stockroom, aligning with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
  • Drive sales growth and meet KPIs by effectively servicing customers and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Process accurate sales transactions at the cash desk, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
  • Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards according to PUMA guidelines, creating an engaging shopping environment.
  • Take ownership of receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance merchandise presentation and communicate ideas to the Store Management team.
  • Support Sales Associates in providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers, fostering a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Assist in processing inventory movements between store and distribution, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom, adhering to company standards and safety requirements.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels, representing a diverse range of sizes and styles to meet customer demands.
  • Prepare merchandise for display on the sales floor, including shoes and other products, to create an appealing and engaging shopping experience.
  • Ensure the sales floor is neat and organized, including stock and inventory functions, such as labeling and price marking items, and merchandising apparel as needed.
  • Complete stock transfers and cycle counts, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Protect Company Assets by greeting customers, attaching and detaching security tags, reporting shrinkage and security violations, and monitoring floor merchandise.

  • Proven sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Customer-oriented, reliable, and friendly personality.
  • Strong team player with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
