We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Assistant to join our Retail team at REISS. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate stock levels, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets through effective stockroom operations.
- Collaborate with the Retail team to ensure seamless store operations, including receiving and processing stock, and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance stockroom efficiency and productivity.
- Previous stockroom experience in a retail environment, preferably in a premium or luxury setting.
- A commercial approach to store operations, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
