About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Manager for Locality services. As a key member of the Integrated Service Line Senior Management Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering responsive, patient-centred care in line with NICE guidance and local standards.

You will be responsible for providing consistent leadership and management to the teams, working collaboratively to achieve exceptional outcomes and ensure that KPIs are delivered. You will also be responsible for managing resources, ensuring services are delivered within budget, and continuously striving to improve the quality and delivery of services within the portfolio.

Requirements
  • A professional nursing qualification (RGN) with appropriate professional registration.
  • Clinical/postgraduate management qualification to masters or equivalent level of experience and proven ability to perform at this level.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Extensive experience of managing Community District Nursing services, with demonstrable achievements in leading and motivating teams to improve performance.
  • Strong track record in developing and maintaining effective partnerships with stakeholders, redesigning services to meet the needs of patients and communities.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret performance and financial information.
