Field Service Engineer, Medical X-Ray & CT Systems

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced X-ray, CT, and MRI systems located at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, repair, and maintain X-ray, CT, and MRI systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing X-ray equipment from various sectors, including medical, industrial, and military backgrounds.
  • Qualification in electronics or a related technical discipline.
  • Previous field service experience, with a strong track record of customer satisfaction and technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel extensively throughout the region.
