Job Overview: Grŵp Llandrillo Menai is seeking Complex Care Assistants with previous healthcare experience to provide exceptional care in North Wales. Our nurse-led complex care team aims to build a permanent team to support a complex care package.

Salary and Benefits: The position offers excellent rates of pay, with a weekly starting rate of £14.50 per hour. Additionally, you will receive fixed shift patterns for a suitable work-life balance, full PPE provided, holiday pay, pension scheme, DBS payment scheme, and £250 referral bonuses for successful referrals.

Job Description: As a Complex Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding care in a variety of settings, including domiciliary care, nursing care, and healthcare within a care home or residential setting. You will work closely with our complex care team to deliver high-quality care that meets the needs of our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in healthcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A valid DBS check and completion of relevant training are also essential requirements.
