About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Alcedo Care North Wales. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes. This is a rewarding role that offers excellent opportunities for personal growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent client outcomes
Requirements
  • Must be 18 or over
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
  • Must be available to work every other weekend
  • Dedicated, caring, punctual, and driven with a positive attitude
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality
