About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Disability/Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Care Coordinator for Intellectual Disability Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with intellectual disabilities and their families.

The successful candidate will have experience of working at a band 5 level and will be able to work well in a multi-agency team. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess, develop, plan and evaluate programmes of care.

What We Offer:
As a Care Coordinator for Intellectual Disability Services, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. About the Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 per annum, based on a national average salary for a Learning Disability/Mental Health Nurse in the UK.
