Job Summary:

Alexander Lyons Solutions is seeking a skilled Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team in finding top talent for our clients in the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and deliver top talent for permanent and contract roles in the European tech industry
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a strong recruitment game
  • Support the team with candidate documentation, database management, and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sourcing/delivery experience, ideally in tech recruitment
  • Strong understanding of the fintech industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
