Job Summary:
Alexander Lyons Solutions is seeking a skilled Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team in finding top talent for our clients in the fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and deliver top talent for permanent and contract roles in the European tech industry
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a strong recruitment game
- Support the team with candidate documentation, database management, and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sourcing/delivery experience, ideally in tech recruitment
- Strong understanding of the fintech industry and its trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
What We Offer:
