Sales Administrator Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and methodical Sales Administrator to join our team at TwentyFour Recruitment Group. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the sales department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Obtain prices from suppliers and create quotes for clients
* Raise purchase orders and arrange samples and brochures for clients
* Assist in sourcing products and creating PowerPoint presentations
* Arrange couriers and liaise with clients and suppliers
* Perform data entry, filing, printing, and photocopying tasks
* Provide general administrative support

**Requirements**

* At least 3 years of administration experience
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Experience in merchandising or promo sector (desired but not essential)
