About the Position
  • Manage a complex caseload and provide expert supervision and coaching to colleagues.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and plan responses to safeguard and promote children's welfare.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with partners, agencies, and the community to support children, young people, and families.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in a community setting, offering a competitive salary of £45,217 to £54,395 per annum, plus a range of benefits.

Requirements
  • A recognised social work qualification (Diploma, Degree, or Masters in Social Work, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent) with current registration with Social Work England.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development aligned with relevant Professional Competency/Capability frameworks or Knowledge and Skills Statements.
  • The ability to make clear decisions to highlight and limit potential risks associated with intervention.

This role also offers flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.
