About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our private patient team as an Administrator (Care Services). In this role, you will provide comprehensive customer service, ensuring all patients receive professional, courteous, and empathetic treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and families through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations within the team.
  • Contribute to a positive working environment by maintaining open and honest communication with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and administration skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent telephone manner and verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of £25,000 per annum salary, dependent on experience.
