We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our luxury residential house builder specializing in high-end construction projects based in North Midlands.

Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate technical aspects of residential house building projects from conception to completion.
  • Oversee project teams to ensure timely delivery, meeting quality standards, and staying within budget.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in construction project management with a strong understanding of technical aspects.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams effectively.
  • Effective communication and team management skills to ensure seamless collaboration and conflict resolution.

Benefits

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
  • An annual performance bonus of 5% based on individual and team performance.
