Job Description: Teaching Assistant in Coventry

We are looking for an experienced teaching assistant to join our team in Coventry. As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers in delivering lessons and providing assistance to students with special educational needs.

About the Job:

  • Deliver lesson support and provide individualized assistance to students
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement learning plans that cater to diverse student needs
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Relevant experience in a TA or supporting role within schools/education
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Payscale: £85-95 per day (dependent upon experience)
