About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to an individual in their own home in Whitstable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the individual to maintain their independence, engage in activities they enjoy, and access community resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide personal care and support to the individual
  2. Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  3. Encourage and support the individual to participate in activities and hobbies
  4. Maintain accurate records of support provided

Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and sleep-in shifts
  • Enhanced DBS check
