Job Title: ECMS Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our dynamic medical team at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (QEUH). As an ECMS Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred pharmaceutical care to a wide range of medical patients with complex needs.

About the Role:
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide pharmaceutical care to medical patients.
  • Collaborate with ward teams to develop and implement service developments that improve patient outcomes.
  • Gain experience in a range of specialties, including Endocrinology, Infectious Diseases, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, and Cardiology.
  • Work in our busy high-turnover Medical Receiving unit and spend time in Medical High Dependency and Coronary Care.
