About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our GMP Peptide Services Team as a Project Services Director. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the GMP sales process and acting as a Project Manager during project execution.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Support the GMP sales process by participating in customer acquisition calls and preparing proposals.
  2. Act as a project manager responsible for customer communication during project execution and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  3. Initiate and guide the production process, including associated documentation for GMP/PM projects.
  4. Prepare necessary documentation for GMP and PM projects.
  5. Represent Operations in project team meetings.
  6. Contribute to the development of new GMP and PM processes.
  7. Support the development of new methodologies and processes.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
  9. Work in accordance with our installed quality assurance system ISO 9001 and GMP-API.

Requirements

  1. Master's degree in a relevant field (organic chemistry/peptide chemistry), ideally educated to PhD level.
  2. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
  3. Excellent spoken and written command of English.
  4. Good theoretical and practical knowledge of the relevant professional field.
  5. Thorough knowledge of GMP.
  6. Software skills, e.g., Office, SAP, etc.
  7. Excellent social skills, structural/independent working attitude, team player.
  8. Experience with QMS system is desirable but not essential.
