Regeneration Programme Director - Interim Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regeneration Programme Director to join our client, a local authority in London, on an interim basis for a period of 6 months.

The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of processes and strategy in relation to pre-construction stages for commercial and capital projects funded through the Levelling Up scheme. Past experience with a brownfield site is preferred, and local authority experience is required.

The role will involve delivering a number of mixed-use projects from inception through to planning. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and be able to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver mixed-use projects from inception through to planning
  • Develop and implement project strategies and plans
  • Manage project teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in regeneration programme management
  • Good knowledge of processes and strategy in relation to pre-construction stages
  • Past experience with a brownfield site is preferred
  • Local authority experience is required
