Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Forward Role. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive growth and reach for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that incorporates PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and affiliates to drive growth and reach.
  • Work closely with digital agencies and internal brand and content teams to drive improved growth and reach.
  • Craft and implement strategies to enhance search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Drive growth in backlink profile, keyword reach, and domain authority with an always-on SEO approach.
  • Develop a high-performing content strategy and champion an SEO mindset across departments to produce SEO-friendly content.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including budgeting, campaign planning, and collaboration with external agencies.
  • Work closely with the trading team to ensure a full 360 calendar is in place to support the reach of trading campaigns.
  • Ownership of all CRM channels, email, and SMS campaigns, and referral and loyalty programs.
  • Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Analyse campaign success, translate data into actionable insights, and optimise strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of digital trends, tools, and strategies, making recommendations for new approaches.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the role of SEO within an ecommerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed marketing decisions.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Agency management and people management.
