Teacher of Vulnerable Pupils

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at Outcomes First Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing the educational programmes for our students, with a focus on promoting their physical, educational, and moral development.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualised education plans, taking into account the needs and abilities of each student.
- Deliver engaging lessons, using a range of strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice, improve teaching methods, and enhance student outcomes.
- UK QTS or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with vulnerable pupils, with a proven track record of improving student outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
