Job Overview:

We are seeking a Vulnerable Pupils Educator to join our team at Westbourne School, located in Sutton in Ashfield. As part of the Outcomes First Group, we provide specialist education for vulnerable pupils and are committed to delivering measurable outcomes for those in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To plan and deliver high-quality education services for students in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of individualized education plans and strategies.
  • To promote the physical, educational, and moral development of students.

Requirements:
  • UK QTS or equivalent.
  • Experience working with vulnerable pupils.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
