We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Professional to join our team at Westbourne School. As a Special Educational Needs Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting class teachers in delivering high-quality education to students.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to implement relevant policies and procedures to ensure student safety and well-being. You will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, contributing to creating a stimulating learning environment and developing resources/teaching aids as needed.

Westbourne School caters for pupils aged 11-18, offering a range of subjects across the curriculum. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, using differentiation and individualized learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students.
