Job Description
LTF Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work with a Year 2 pupil with ADHD in a supportive environment, promoting a positive learning experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Year 2 pupil with ADHD in a one-to-one setting
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote pupil engagement and motivation
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure consistent support and guidance
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience working with children with special educational needs
- Strong understanding of child development and special educational needs
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
