Program Overview
">TI's FAST Rotation Program prepares sales and applications team members for customer-facing careers by combining technical skills with business perspectives. The 11-month experience includes two rotations: Field Sales Office (FSO) and Systems Engineering & Marketing (SEM).
">In this role, you'll provide proactive solutions to customers, utilizing sales tools and relationships with design engineering to identify potential projects and maximize TI content.

- FSA Responsibilities: Work directly with customers to solve technical challenges and deliver system-level solutions.">
What You Need

- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or a related field.">
- Strong communication skills, basic understanding of schematics, layouts, and digital components, and fluency in English.">
- Lab equipment experience, soldering and debugging skills, and programming skills in C/C++ (LabView recommended).">
