Client Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Services Administrator to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, surveyors, and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high volumes of inbound calls and emails to ensure timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Communicate with surveyors, brokers, and corporate clients to allocate new instructions and progress chase to maintain strict service levels.
  • Provide quotes and general administrative support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and programs, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
