Role Overview

What will your responsibilities include?

You will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Financial Planners and/or Investment Managers, ensuring client satisfaction through direct engagement with clients and collaboration with operational teams, all while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with assigned Financial Planners and/or Investment Managers to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and maintain consistent communication.
  • Manage back-office systems and client records in accordance with company policies.
  • Request policy information from third-party providers as necessary.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to support various activities, including scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and static data changes, as applicable.
  • Prepare meeting materials and valuations as required.
  • Assist investment managers in crafting new business presentations and pitches.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Demonstrated experience in the financial services sector.
  • A strong commitment to client service excellence.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong influencing and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in using judgment and reasoning to devise solutions to challenges.
