Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Helping with mobility and transferring clients safely
  • Overseeing medication and providing support with daily tasks
  • Preparing and cooking meals, as well as assisting with light housekeeping
  • Accompanying clients on errands and appointments

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
