Job Title: Apprentice Transport Planner

Oxalis Logistics UK Limited is seeking a skilled Transportation Planning Specialist to join their team in West Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate will have strong transport planning skills and be able to carry out the responsibilities effectively, ensuring that all customers are supplied with fuel in the most safe and cost-effective manner, while providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning bulk fuel deliveries and reporting to the Planning Manager. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate bulk fuel deliveries to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the Planning Manager to identify and implement process improvements
  • Monitor and analyze delivery data to optimize routes and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Strong transportation planning skills and experience in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
