Harnham is partnering with a leading food company to find an experienced Revenue Growth Manager to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and evaluate promotional strategies and pricing scenarios using internal and external data.
- Monitor promotional activities, assess their effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform pricing and promotion decisions.
- Manage and enhance existing tools for promotional revenue growth management.
- Conduct analysis and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Strong commercial experience in Finance, Sales, or Category within the FMCG industry.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a natural ability to turn data into compelling insights.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG Pricing/Promo Strategy and consumer data.
- Technical skills in Excel and Power BI.
