Revenue Growth Manager

Harnham is partnering with a leading food company to find an experienced Revenue Growth Manager to drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evaluate promotional strategies and pricing scenarios using internal and external data.
  • Monitor promotional activities, assess their effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform pricing and promotion decisions.
  • Manage and enhance existing tools for promotional revenue growth management.
  • Conduct analysis and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial experience in Finance, Sales, or Category within the FMCG industry.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with a natural ability to turn data into compelling insights.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG Pricing/Promo Strategy and consumer data.
  • Technical skills in Excel and Power BI.
