Job Title: Unit Manager - RGN, RMN, RNLD

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Manager to lead our care team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure the care home is run in accordance with regulatory requirements and Exemplar Health Care's policies and procedures
  • Monitor and manage the care home's budget and resources

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) qualification
  • Experience of working in a care home or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
