Multi-Site Maintenance Staff/Caretaker

**Job Summary**
We are seeking two organised and self-motivated individuals to provide a high standard of premises maintenance for our Cornwall Academies.
The successful candidates will be required to organise and carry out both planned & reactive maintenance at the site ensuring compliance with both regulatory & health & safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintenance of the properties to a high level to ensure the buildings are kept in optimum working condition.
- Organising and carrying out planned & reactive maintenance at the site.
- Ensuring compliance with both regulatory & health & safety standards.
**Requirements**
- A good standard of practical knowledge, skills and experience of building maintenance work in a school or similar environment.
- Ability to demonstrate general working skills in carpentry, fixing locks, electrical, plumbing, drainage, painting and decorating.
