We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Sports Partnership Executive at JD Sports. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting our commercial football partnerships, with a focus on developing and implementing activation calendars to maximize marketing rights and drive commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive activation strategies for commercial football partnerships.
  • Liaise with partners to identify opportunities for partnership activities and content creation, aligning with JD Sports' brand values and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and marketing strategies, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Organize and execute events and activations to engage the local community, promote JD Sports' brand, and drive sales.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities for partnerships, staying ahead of the market and ensuring JD Sports remains a leader in the retail industry.

Requirements:

  • Passion for sports, particularly football, and a deep understanding of the commercial landscape.
  • Proven experience in partnership activation, with a track record of delivering successful campaigns and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal stakeholders, partners, and external audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
