Job Title: HR Advisor

Location: Office based role

Hours: Full Time

Salary: Up to £35,000

We're seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our client, a leading organization in the industry, based in a modern office environment. In this role, you'll work closely with the HR Manager to provide expert guidance and support on employment-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and staff
  • Manage employee relations cases, including sickness absence and disciplinary procedures
  • Assist in investigations and provide advice to managers
  • Process payroll data and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and maintain administrative systems and document templates
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a HR role, including case management skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Proficiency in general IT systems, including Excel, Outlook, and HR software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
