Job Title: Be an HR Systems Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Systems Subject Matter Expert to support the maintenance and development of our UniCore system, a new integrated HR, Finance, and Procurement system. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team to develop their capability in managing the system and ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Oracle quarterly upgrade process through change impact assessment and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop report specifications and test reports developed post Go Live.
  • Implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including user acceptance testing and developing process maps, standard operating procedures, and training materials.

About the Role:
