Job Title: Supporter Care Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supporter Care Administrator to join our fundraising team at Cobalt, a medical charity dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovation and education.

As a Supporter Care Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our donors, supporters, and patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing supporter enquiries for fundraising appeals and campaigns
  • Inputting supporter information into our fundraising CRM
  • Managing and processing donations and event registrations
  • Providing a high level of supporter care and stewardship

You will work closely with our fundraising team to ensure seamless communication and coordination with supporters, donors, and patients. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our stakeholders and provide a positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide stewardship and care to our in-memory supporters
