Job Summary

We are seeking a Supporter Care Coordinator to join our fundraising team. This role is key to helping us grow our voluntary income and provide exceptional supporter care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service for all donations and queries from supporters, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and stewardship.
  • Manage supporter records on our fundraising database, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Process donations and event registrations, including Gift Aid declarations and tax claim submissions.
  • Assist the fundraising team with administrative tasks, such as event pack fulfillment and banking.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience, with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
