About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at Comfort Call Limited. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional community care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing your rota to an impeccable standard, building relationships with our care workers, and providing the best in community care. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
