Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and driven Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Catalyst Incorporated.

The primary focus of this role is to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with clients. This will involve promoting products, generating leads, and increasing revenue through various sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clients Meetings: Regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  2. Sales Strategies: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the client base.
  3. Lead Generation: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  4. Revenue Growth: Increasing revenue through various sales channels, including but not limited to, product sales, services, and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
