Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School Support

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work across Primary schools in Brighton and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs in the classroom.

* Assist the class teacher in implementing personalized learning plans to meet the individual needs of SEN students.

* Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported.

* Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff members to implement strategies for student success.

* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to support.

Requirements:

* Relevant qualifications or experience working with students with special educational needs, preferably in a primary school setting.
