As a key member of our station team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our passengers, and contributing to the overall success of our station.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pro-active assistance to customers on and off trains, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and secure environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Assist with ticketing and fare collection, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Participate in station cleaning and security checks, upholding the appearance and security of our station.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve station goals and objectives.
